Mission of The Southern Oregon Live Steamers (SOLS) is to share the love and joy of offering free rides on over one mile of track aboard our many 7.5 gauge/1.5″ scale trains.

The Medford Train Park is located at end of Berrydale Ave. near the corner of Table Rock Road and Berrydale Ave. in Medford Oregon

Southern Oregon Live Steamers

The Southern Oregon Live Steamers were started in 1981 at the site of the old Medford Sewer Plant. We lease the land from the city of Medford and are a non-profit organization. Most of the buildings and all the track have been purchased and or constructed with donations mostly derived from our riding public. The club owns 4 locomotives and a number of riding cars. The other locomotives and cars are owned by club members.

Private Train Parties

We also are available for Private Train Parties with our trains Saturdays. To book a private train party, contact Bruce Kelly at 541-613-1638 for details.

Club Membership Meeting is at 7:15 p.m., once a month on the 1st Monday after the 4th Sunday at the Rogue Valley Model Railroad Clubhouse at the end of the parking lot. The public is welcome. There is an elected Board of Directors.
